What issue are you having?

Watch of flowing time doesn't function.

Pressing the action key or charge key doesnt do anything and it doesnt look to be tick accelerating either

  1. Acquire watch of flowing time
  2. Try and use it

Yup, There is a reason it does not have a recipe yet
