Crafting recipes involving empty canisters not consuming canister

• When crafting machines (eg: refinery), the canisters are not consumed. This is of little consequence to the player, but I assume the canisters are part of the machine, and should have been consumed in the crafting process.

• I doubt putting a log here will help, but if you really need it, let me know.

• The issue is easily repeatable. Gather the ingredients to craft the machine, craft it, and notice the canisters remaining on the crafting table!

• This only affects the "Silent's mechanisms" mod.

Wouldn't quite label it a bug as much as invalid, but I don't know how to change the label.
