Personal EMC link not pulling items/transmitting EMC? #70

I was using the modpack FTB Sky Odyssey and I was trying to connect a collector and a relay to my personal EMC link but it won't transmit EMC to my personal EMC network at all, however bonsai pots still transmitted EMC just fine and it seems the collectors/relays are working, as I tested using an energy condenser. I also tried to pull items out of the personal EMC link using both tesslocators and itemducts/servos. I'm using Minecraft version 1.12.2 and the latest versions of both Project EX and ProjectE. I'm playing on a single player world. I also tested removing all other mods and playing with just ProjectE and Project EX however the problem still persisted

If you still couldn't find a solution using a different luncher seems to work
