4 years ago One more thing I forgot to add, the recipes for the collectors and relays are cheaper than the normal variants which makes an exploit with that also. Please make the recipes for the collectors and relays the same as Project E as that further amplifies the effect of the exploit above.
I found this mod to be really cool when I first introduced it into my world. Unfortunately I found a stupidly fast way to progress into this mod within 15 minutes. For this to work however, you will need a full red matter array and at least 1 Dark Pedestal and a Watch of flowing time. Since the recipes for the proceeding matters are cheap (All of them use Aeternalis Fuel), using the time watch and the array makes getting each tier easy. Activate the time watch with the pedestal under the red array to boost the speed until you can get atleast 3 or 4 time watches with pedestals. You can go more to further speed things up.
Once you get the 3+ Time watch full red array setup, the mod becomes trivial. Save up emc until you get 4 of the next tier, make the collector for that tier, then repeat. Upgrade the relays when you stop seeing the emc rate grow, and keep repeating the steps. I did this with just 4 time watches and a red matter setup with enough emc to buy one Purple matter. The moment I placed a purple matter collector in my watch setup, I was getting a purple collector every minute or so. I got the final array within a shocking 15 minutes. With the best possible final array setup, I went from 0 EMC to the max limit within just 7 - 10 minutes of waiting with the time watch setup.
Summary The Watch of Flowing Time needs to have a much less effect on the collectors for this mod to be played at the pace it should be played at (Final tier should take a week or a month to get, not 15 minutes). Time watches boost the amount you get too much. Please put a limit on how much each collector can be boosted up to from the Watch of Flowing Time.
The recipes for each matter is too cheap. You should up the EMC price by making new coals or something to keep the progression linear instead of in a gradual decreasing matter. The Aeternalis Fuel means nothing once you have a Pink Tier Array.
I want to keep this mod in the modpack, but its hard to do so if I can just skip the progression with Watches of Flowing Time in only 15 minutes. Please take this into consideration and thank you for your time.
