industrial wires not working in revelation pack

Revelation 2.4

• Issue: I am unable to get the marx generator multiblock to form and I noticed some of the block in the projector assembly aid don't look right. In addition the rotational to kinetic energy converter doesn't seem to work and produces a error: add_mod message.

• Link to Log or Crash File Paste: It doesn't cause a crash as it seems to work otherwise

• Is it Repeatable?:it seems quite consistent in not working and not forming the multiblock. The rotational to kinetic converter produces the error message when I try to add a kinetic generator to it.

• Mod/s Affected: The issue seems to be limited to the industrial wires / IC2 mods

• Known Fix: I haven't found any fix or work around I just live without that functionality
