Botania gaia ritual unable to start. [1.3.0] #539

Modpack Version: 1.3.0
Issue: Despite no holes or obstructions in around the beacon and pylon setup, attempting to begin the Gaia ritual for Botania throws an error message in chat and refuses to start.

UPDATE: After playing around with the beacon setup, it appears the first layer of blocks for the beacon setup must be level with the ground and the beacon itself 1 block above the ground. Other setups appear to work fine in other modpacks, but this is the only setup i have found that works in sky odyssey.
