Issue: How you fix RFTools Matter Beamer not accepting living matter

Is it Repeatable?: Indeed - Matter Beamers doesn't pass any living matter into the Spawner.
Mod/s Affected: RFTools
Known Fix: Stop game, delete RFTools config, start game, let it re-generate from nothing --> living matter is accepted, unknown modpack RFTools settings removed!
You might need to go over old and new configs (preferable in Norepad++ compare function) to reinstall modpack settings.
Likely Cause: RFTools config format must have been changed, modpack author needs to make it right later (after new year hangover and overfeeding subsides).
It's a bonus if you do it yourself, more so if you put it into pastebin.com and link here.
