Add touch sensor with gate for cone deployment in Auton #44

  1. Use a servo with a gate/arm that drops across the opening of the frame AFTER the lift goes up.
  2. The gate with rest against the opposite frame in be in front of a touch sensor.
  3. As the robot drives forward the gate will push against the touch sensor and stop forward motion of the robot.
  4. The claw will be triggered to open and deploy the cone onto the terminal pole.
  5. After a pause, the robot will back up and lift up the gate.
  6. The lift will lower
