Create the op mode
Init the correct motors
Init the Limit Switch
Init gamepad (if needed)
Configure game pad 2 Joystick 1 up - arm up; Joysitck down - arm down Joystick 2 up - arm out; down - arm in
Make arm stop on arm in when hits the limit switch
Make the arm stop on out when the motor encoder reaches some spot

Do we need stops for lifting the arm?

No limits needed for the arm actuation, however the end limit may need a hold power.
