Make Auto Init telemetry show when April Tag is seen #46

Currently the telemetry says "zone 2" for both the "no april tagr" and the "zone 2 april tag". Can we make it show something else if the april tag is not visible?

In normal matches the user is comparing the value to what is shown on screen, but this would help in debugging and checking camera angle before randomization.

Okay guys, we need to remember to test this code and get it merged finally.
