Augments that make weapons use less power will cause you to have the removed power permanently stuck in the system after saving and quitting or after installing the augment.

As you can see in the image, if you install a augment that gives a weapons less power and that weapon is turned on after either installing the upgrade or saving and quitting, the removed power will be permanently stuck on the system with no ways of removing it.

An augment that makes a weapon use less power? That seems less like an issue with Hyperspace itself and more like an issue with the implementation of whatever Lua script is making it work.
