Should chat.php be removed as well?

yeah we will want to remove that as well since its no longer necessary

also, I know we need to change it so the dev-site branch is no more, but these branches really need to be cloned off of dev-site for the time being.. eventually ill update that..

Hmm, I cloned this one from master, dev-site is behind on quite a few commits 😐
