Replace encodes with veryslow preset #20

For airing series, we can transcode the videos in a medium or faster preset to get them online asap.

Those episode will then be put in the transcoding queue with a veryslow preset, with a low priority. So Fay will only transcode these when the queue is empty of encodes with a normal priority.
