1 year ago Charles pulled the bottom clapboards off and discovered large gap between toe plate and the concrete footwall. Filled with spray foam there and along entire backwall, trimmed and replaced the clapboard.
It is likely that similar areas along the admin wing have the same construction. @petertitcomb, should we do the same all the way around?
Likely ants are in the wall in the new wing behind the children's swing set. Need to pop the bottom clapboard courses off, mitigate and then put them back.
