2024-10-03 Faucet fixture (uses rubber washers) hot side doesn't shut off. Recommend replacing faucet with washerless style.

New faucet and supply lines have been purchased. Installation is being pondered...

Rob Green from Plumb-It replaced the faucet and supply lines. Very difficult access. He would have unmounted it except it was plaster into the wall. Done.
