No new features with this update but several bugs have been fixed :
With this new code, almost all samples (*) are now working on iPhone (Safari browser). The majority of the changes in the code have been performed to fix issues with samples on iPhone.
The code for animation starting from a specific position (option startWithData and startWithDataset) has been rewritten and simplified; Several bugs have been fixed (also issue 405 is fixed);
The add-ins "shapesInChart.js" was not correct for retina display - Bug has been fixed.

(*) Still not working on iPhone but I did not find a solution... (On Android and on windows it works well).
dynamicDisplay option does not work when the chart is displayed in a frame (see : fvancop.github.io/ChartNew.js/demo_program/index.html#../Samples/original_sample.html) : on an iPhone, all charts are displayed at once; They should only appear when you scroll to the chart.
Reason of the problem : function "window.innerHeight" return the height of the frame and not the height of the displayed part of the frame. It should be possible to solve it by adding the following line but I did not succeed to solve it...
the sample responsiveChart.html does not work : screen is displayed more than once before it reachs the correct size; (see : fvancop.github.io/ChartNew.js/demo_program/index.html#../Samples/responsiveChart.html)
the DrillDown add-ins is not working (see : fvancop.github.io/ChartNew.js/demo_program/index.html#../Samples/drillDown.html)
