The graph works incorrectly in Edge and IE 10 #419

Hi,

I use your chart component to my project. The problem is that the chart works incorrectly in Edge and IE 10 when I try to show it in a popup (Kendo UI popup). The popup is empty initially. If I close the popup, scroll up and open the popup again then the graph is shown. I call the same method to draw the chart. Please see attached movie.

397 probably duplicate so try check that issue there should be fix on this :)
