Cannot read property 'scale' of undefined when fixedSizeVersion: true #100

Hello! when fixedSizeVersion: true I get this error: "Cannot read property 'scale' of undefined"

if I just copy and paste default parametres of fixedSizeVersion - there is no error but I get empty boxes instead of icon-fixed-sized.
