Allow adding a constant line to a lineplot #58

Which could be configured on the interface, or passed as a config parameter from the backend.

Is this anything beyond currently implemented hline and vline? (Although those are only controlled by the backend, so somewhat cumbersome.)

I think the vline/hline solve this.
