New backends (FLASH/FERMI) #75

The FLASH backend exists already (Thanks to Kartik and Tomas), but it should be merged into master.

The FERMI should be very simple to integrate as everything is based on HDF5 files. This is not very important, but it would give Hummingbird a broader spectrum applications.

The FLASH backend has been merged into master, the FERMI backend should be added whenever Hummingbird is going to be used there
