Undesired scrolling occurs when anchor cell is replaced, not deleted #39

Coming from TomasMikula/RichTextFX#390, when an anchor cell is replaced, the viewport does not reuse the same index for the anchor cell. In some situations, this causes scrolling where none should occur.
