Team's Response

Although we get that certain ordering of the commands in the UG could potentially make some command scenarios more convenient for the user to follow, as it does not affect the usage of the app or its functionalities at all, and some of our other commands do also make some references to other commands, it would be difficult to order all the commands appropriately one after the other without affecting the flow of a few commands.

Reason for disagreement: Before introduction for list command, the concept of archive is not introduced to the user; hence, when the user encounters this terminology, they might be confused and have to move back and forth in the document in order to know what an archive is. And I think this falls into the case of: Appears only in very rare situations and causes a minor inconvenience only. category for UG (documentation), hence DocumentationBug: Severity.Low is assigned. Footnote: list person command is introduced in page 6 in UG and archive related commands are introduced in page 14, 15 in UG
