Spider v2.3 Bed Out (PB3 and PB4) only measuring 15V DC #128

I'm building a Voron 2.4 with a Spider v2.3 and an Omrom Solid State Relay. In Klipper, when I set the bed heater target to 30 degrees Celsius the LED on the SSR flashes and Klipper errors out saying the heater is not working. When I measure the bed out voltage it's only measuring 15V DC. I confirmed the PSU is outputting 24V to the board. I also confirmed continuity through bed heater and thermistor.

Any ideas?

Never mind, I had the power wired incorrectly.
