TMC2226 (brand Lerdge) --> TMC CONNECTION ERROR #88

I am using TMC2226 (brand Lerdge, https://shop.lerdge.com/collections/lerdge-driver/products/tmc2226-driver) for X, Y, Z and E0 on my Spider V2.2 with Marlin FW 2.0.9.3.

I hace "TMC CONNECTION ERROR" message on the control display.

Is some had this issue and is there any solution for that?
