Tophat lower clips are oriented upside down #4

The following 2 parts are oriented with the wrong face on the build plate.

TH_Lower_Clip_Mirror_x3.stl TH_Lower_Clip_x3.stl

They are located in 0.2/STL/Tophat. The parts in the 0.2r1 folder are already correct.
