@alex-obi i was able to register the data to ICBM152, which can be a starting point for BigBrainWarp. I also ran BigBrainWarp.

It will be easy to register the arterial territories on the surface, however I’m not sure of the method to register the artery geometries e.g. ModelLV1.vtp (nonlinear registration)
