fsaverage map looks severely wrong (see attached) due to #47

@dickscheid , please inform Rainer Goebel about the following:

The labels mismatch between MIN152 and Fsaverage
And please show the data-validation link with him to confirm https://github.com/FZJ-INM1-BDA/siibra-development/issues/9
What is the license of the data? (To be able to show in the explorer, we had to unzip and store the annot files in data-proxy. Could they potentially provide us an alternative link where we don't need to unzip the files? Secondly, we have to rehost the mni152 map as neuroglancer as well. If they have specific license restrictions, we need in writing that they allow this.)
