The connectivity data is calculated using patient data via a few scripts on supercomputers. The goal is to automate the process for every new Julich Brain version release so that there is up-to-date connectivity data. (Nora Bitner and Camilla Kremer know the details of the current process.)
[ ] create a ci job that checks a new version of (not prerelease) Julich Brain maps and creates a job
[ ] Decide where the resulting data should be stored
[ ] Decide whether this should be directly submitted. (Can it be?)
[ ] Decide whether the data should be checked by an expert before releasing on siibra-toolsuite
Stages of the workflow
1) Automated creation of the computing job.
2) Computation and storage of the connectivity matrices
3) Automated creation of json configurations
4) Committing the preconfigurations as a PR
