- Since we refer to whole atlas and not one single image we will use "Allen Reference Atlas – Mouse Brain [brain atlas]. Available from atlas.brain-map.org." for citing the dataset by Allen Institute's citation policy.
- 10.1016/j.cell.2020.04.007 is the current master publication so all will include this citation
- https://doi.org/10.1016/j.ymeth.2014.12.013 will be cited in all as it is one of the main papers for CCFv3
