selecting template/parcellation does not show default parcellation #454

to reproduce, go to https://interactive-viewer-next.apps-dev.hbp.eu/ select template/parcellation

expected behavoiur:

default parcellation shown

actual behavoiur:

default parcellation not shown. upon toggling, default parcellation shown

issue fixed. still need tests to prevent regression
