parsing of incorrect template and/or parcellation fails #455

steps to reproduce:

1/ go to https://interactive-viewer-next.apps-dev.hbp.eu/?templateSelected=NoName2&parcellationSelected=NoName

expected behaviour:

search param cleared, message shown that template selected does not exist

actual beahviour:

search param not cleared, no information on selected template exist or not

tested as of 99f8d7ac232eacb02e56fe97db54b024073a639b
