e.g.

hoc1 in other templates (left/right hemispheres) have label index 8, but in big brain it is 1 (siibra-python erroneously reports 8)
Area hPO1 (POS) in other templates (left/right hemisphere) have label index of 297, but in big bran it is 21 (siibra-python erroneously reports 297)

additionally, it appears extensions such as MGB-MGBd (CGM, Metathalamus) do not have index defined (region.index returns None/None)

this is no longer an issue in 0.4 on wards, since the concept of parcellation and map has been separated.
