Introduce retention of stored image data #123

In the current version, deletion of data is up to the user, but for security reasons we have to introduce a retention period for user data. We have to delete any image in the temporary storage of a user after a fixed time window, which could default to 2 months. It should be possible for the user to extend the period by one month.
