Entering values for transformations doesn't work #135

  1. When entering values in the "Transform Incoming Volume" pane, the value doesn't change respectively the focus disappears, if the cursor is moved outside the pane.
  2. If you leave the cursor inside the pane, the number changes to a different value than the typed in one (e.g. typed in z-rotation 100 --> changes to z-rotation 1.0900).
