It would be very useful if the landmark pairs could be weighted or prioritized. This way "certain" landmark pairs could be taken more into account during transformation calculation than "uncertain" landmark pairs which would lead to a more accurate and reasonable results.
This would certainly require the linear backend to be adjusted.
