draw package seems to be gone/not available; terminal is already installed automatically with the core. added comment marks to make the commands copy-and-paste-able

I'm not sure what the situation is with the deepin-draw package. Maybe it can be re-added.

Thanks. But none of the hard work is done by me. I'll need @1dot75cm or @sztsian 's comments on the deepin-draw package.
