Hi Hangbin,

Looks like the application does not have a clear open source license. Do you have a link to its EULA or license? We cannot accept the PR if the client does not have a permissive item for redistribution.

Not sure if this link OK. I could not find a clear open-source License for this software. Please feel free to close this MR. Thanks.

Thanks for your effort Unfortunately, I find some restricting rules from the link you provided.

(12) 未经115科技书面同意，对于本网站或本服务的相关信息等，擅自实施包括但不限于下列行为：使用、出租、出借、复制、修改、链接、转载、汇编、发表、出版，建立镜像站点、擅自借助本服务发展与之有关的衍生产品、作品、服务、插件、外挂、兼容、互联等

Which roughly forbids mirroring, redistributing and repackaging. Based on our policy, this falls under category 6, which is what we cannot include.
