This issue can be considered done once a few 3d designed models in fusion 360 have been 3d printed with the anticipated outcome.

3d printed a simple cover to protect the lidar

The prints for this project should not be complex, and I now have enough understand and am comfortable using Fusion 360 20240419_210241
