This entails setting a up the motor driver, getting it to work with the desired motors and receiver & transmitter. Writing any necessary code to get the information from the motor encoder for speed measurement.. etc.

The L298N motor driver did not work and as of right now 18650 3400mah Fenix batteries are considered an option which may help solve the problem. Other motor drivers of higher quality have also been secured. will test them soon.
