Implement Roland iModela output #2

I implemented a first sketch of the Roland iModela output, based on this experimentation: http://wiki.fablabbcn.org/IModela

The first test worked, more tests will take place next Friday.

Closing as machine is already working with the SRM-20 settings. Will add a new option in the Roland module to make this clearer

iModela setting seems still to be missing. Adding new options is very simple, see https://github.com/FabModules/fabmodules-html5/pull/20 for an example.

I'm closing this, we need just to add a new setting adapting the SRM-20 presets.
