What is the license? Can I use the pre-trained model and fine-tune it on my dataset for a commercial use?

Hi, the scientific paper that this repository belongs to was published under the following licence which also applies to this repository. That means you are free to use this work even commercially but you must provide credit to the original work. However, as we adapted existing neural architectures you should check whether the original authors impose any copyright restrictions.
