For the sake of sharing technical knowledge and visibility of BGE outputs, it may be worth considering forking this repo into the BGE-BIOSCAN organization, here: https://github.com/bge-bioscan

I totally agree. I think in a few days I'll have scripts and structures that are worth seeing. I wouldn't make it public until then.

Perhaps we should do this forking before the 26/2 webinar on reference library creation.
