Error when not logged in to panel #5

As soon as I log out of the panel, I get this error: Fatal error: Call to a member function hasRole() on boolean in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/starterkit/site/snippets/stats.php on line 36 (tested on the starter kit)

Are you on the newest version of the master branch?
