Store results of Port and Service Scans #13

As of right now, the information of Servicescans and Portscans are only available in the console. We should store the scanned information somewhere.

Thinking of a folder structure like:

results .[TargetIp] ..Scans ...[Port]-[Protocol] ....[ModuleName].txt
