scatter plots filtering #13

I have 9 conditions with quadruplicates. This generates hundreds of plot in the correlation map. Similar to volcano, I want to be able to specify the comparisons to be done in the scatterplots so that i only show a few of them. Alternatively, I want to be able to filter in trelliscope for specific plots

I understood how to filter, will document. I still recommend pointing to the GH from the front page if possible..
