"disconnected from server" during GSEA #10

I know GSEA takes a while, but in the middle I get "disconnected from server" message. Is this a sign that it is effectively crashed or is it still going?

I can't complete GSEA on the webapp with this file (rename experiments nucplus, cytplus, nucminus, cytminus and then normalize intensities). proteinGroups.txt
