[BUG] Interaction with lead #843

Hi,

In a RedProtect claim, visitors can interact with a leash and therefore release animals that would be attached with it. Would it be possible to fix this bug ?

I use the last version of this plugin and Paper 1.19.4.

Yes I just tested in 1.20.4
