[Suggestion] Towny Chat #188

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If you have Towny and you install TownyChat and try to speak on the town/nation channels, you just keep talking on UChat channels no matter what townychat says. Also you cant switch uchat channels as I think both plugins have the same aliases.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a hook to townychat or add your own uChat Town Channels so people can speak to their town and nation members.

Unfortunately theres no way because uchat listen to chat event before all plugins, towny chat should listem after and cancel the chat events

@FabioZumbi12 I talked to the towny chat dev and it seems the issue is on your side, he says

Make sure he's aware that you're not seeing doubled up chat (ie a townychat town channel and a UC channel.)
