[Suggestion] Toggleable Filter #325

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. So UltimateChat has a filter, which is great to remove swearing. Can you add a command to toggle the filter on/off for each user. That way players can choose if they see swearing or not.

Describe the solution you'd like /filter on - Turns on chat filter for the user (default) /filter off - Turns off chat filtering, allowing they to see the unfiltered word
