Fixed "Wax On" and "Wax Off" Advancement #134

Fixed both wax_on and wax_off advancements from not loading and showing the Parsing errors

Is this also the problem on 1.19.2/3/4 or is it just 1.20.x?

Also I will merge this for sure before next release, just trying to figure out the versions, thanks for the fix anyway!
